Established in 1986, the Delaware Land & Water Conservation Trust Fund was created to provide funding for park land and greenway conservation and outdoor recreation facility development.

Municipal and county governments and park districts may apply for grant funding under the ORPT Program.

Grants may be awarded for projects such as park land acquisition, planning and design of parks or trails, and outdoor recreation facility construction. Click the links above for more information.
