Delaware Law requires the registration of all motorboats, including those powered by electric motors, if Delaware is the vessel’s state of principal use.  Boat ramp certificates are also required to launch motorboats from state areas. More information on registration and ramp certificates can be found on the Division of Fish and Wildlife website.
